Notes: The Data stream from Satellites changes frequently. In order for the meter to identify the satellite, it has to be loaded with the latest dataset that contains the latest satellite information. If the satellite you work with is not listed above, then send us the details of your satellite and we will add it in the next data file release. If the satellite is already listed, but your meter can't lock on it (and you are sure that the dish is aimed correctly and you can verify that you have a lock by using a satellite receiver/meter), then send us the details of the LNBF/Satellite you are working with and we will verify the data file and adjust accordingly. Again, click here and add the data required - Please allow up to ample time for updates to be listed on this page.
- If your inquiry is URGENT, please pay a $40 fee to expedite the file update process to within 48HRs.
- The URGENT request data file update will be emailed to you upon completion.
